What does Shared Journey do?
Shared Journey is a Stockholm-based consultancy for cyber security, cloud infrastructure, secure software development and technical due diligence, with a background in the defence industry. We also offer discreet personal security advisory for high-profile individuals.
Who do you work with?
Defence contractors, compliance-heavy organisations and fast-growing technology companies, as well as investors who need technical due diligence. On the personal side, we advise executives, public figures and others facing elevated personal risk.
Do you work outside Sweden?
Yes. We are an EU-based provider and work with clients in Sweden and across Europe, both remotely and on site.
How do engagements work?
We offer project-based engagements (typically 3–6 months), interim CTO and technical leadership, hourly advisory and retainers. Most engagements start with a short assessment so we can agree on the right first step.
Which security frameworks do you work with?
We have hands-on experience implementing NIST 800-53 rev 5, CCMv4 and GDPR, and hold certifications including GIAC Defending Advanced Threats (GDAT) and SANS SEC599.
